1. Measure your waist

If you’ve any hope of getting your new undies to fit then you’re going to need to know your waist size and no you can’t guess because you’ll get it wrong.

Actually you shouldn’t measure it at all, get some nice person to do it for you. You know you’ll end up with a measurement four inches out when you try to lean over and read it yourself.
