I’m really glad that a big underwear retailer like Dead Good Undies has started stocking Clever Moda, because for me it’s one of the freshest ranges out there, and one that is able to cross styles with ease.
And the new Clever Moda Energizer Microfibre Brief is an example of that. Styled in a completely different way to the Clever Moda thong this brief ticks all the boxes you could want it to. It’s comfy. It’s supportive, and it’s also gorgeously modern in it’s styling.
The comfort is down to the fabric, Styled in a silky 92% Nylon / 8% Elastane mix, this mens brief is a pleasure to have against your skin, and is as sexy as it is comfy, thanks to a translucent horizontal striped pattern that mkaes up the grey, black and white version.
The support is due to a very nicely contoured pouch. When you usually hear the word contoured pouch, what you get is some vague shaping. Not with this brief. This uses the single layer of fabric to offer a very fitted yet very comfy shape, and it like the rest of the brief won’t show through your trousers thanks to the use of flat stitched seams for a smooth finish.
Finished with a Clever branded waistband with a diamond patterned black waistband, this is, in my mind, a great example of a classic done well.
