10 Underwear Questions That Really Didn’t Need To Be Asked

When I’m stuck for inspiration on what to write about on Sexy Undies I often go and take a look at Yahoo Answers to see if there’s a burning underwear question that needs answering that I could expand on in a post.
Sometimes it can be really useful but most of the time it leaves me thinking WTF as I read through strange question after strange question with these ten being some of the strangest I’ve seen.
1. Is it illegal for gymnasts to wear underwear under their leotards?
Why oh why would you want to know this?!?! The answer in case you wondered is no, in that you won’t be locked in prison, however you will get points deducted if your undies are visible.
2. Do women wear underwear when wearing their swimsuit ?
The asker of this question wanted to know because they believed that people in Japan did. The answer to the question actually disputed it, saying that this undergarment was actually a special swim short product worn under swimwear to prevent pubic hair escaping (I know too much detail…)
It should be noted this question appears a number of times in different formats so is something the world is itching to know..
3. Can anyone explain why English girls go out in the freezing cold with such short skirts and no underwear?
Umm no I can’t. Apparently the best answer for this was because they’re tarts. Useful addition to the world this question…
4. Have you ever recycled underwear when you are caught short ?
I’m sure many of us have, but does the world really need to know who has and who hasn’t?
5. My husband has been wearing my underwear and shoes when im at work?
Umm surely that’s a statement as opposed to a question? I wouldn’t be too worried myself, must mean she has great taste….
6. How long can someone wear the same pair of Underwear?
Surely you don’t want to be broadcasting the fact you want to wear the same undies continuously to the world? Personally I would think the answer would depend on how important having friends and family is to you..
This question also appears many times in different formats.
7. Why does my cat like to smell my dirty underwear?
I don’t know, and I’d rather you’d kept the whole thing to yourself
8. What is the strangest thing you’ve ever found in your underwear?
I don’t think I really want to know any of the answers to this question..
9. Is it illegal to walk about the streets in your underwear?
I think this is a very dangerous question to answer… particularly if the question comes from your neck of the wood.
10. How often do you eat your dinner in your underwear?
Umm always, although I’m expecting that unlike me the person answering the question doesn’t wear other clothes on top too…
